Private Pre-K 4's

This classroom is our private pre-k 4 class. Friends in this classroom are 4 by October 1st, and either live in a town outside of Clifton, or opt to stay in the APL classroom instead of the public classroom for various reasons. Friends in this classroom are preparing for Kindergarten. Our big kids do more small group and whole group activities, have ample opportunities for open ended art, and build on their academic skills throughout the school year. This classroom focuses on letter recognition, sounds, blending, sight words, and simple math while including tons of Danny Go and movement activities. We encourage all of our big kids to attend a minimum of 5 school days to prepare for Kindergarten, but we are always open to conversations with our families to ensure your childs schedule is the best fit for your family!
